How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Apartamentos Alhambra has a high occupancy throughout the year, so we suggest you make a reservation well in advance and once you have decided to stay with us. 

How do I pay?
Through a payment through a transfer, bank deposit or money through Western Union. We receive payment in cash colombian pesos, dollars or euros. At the moment we do not handle electronic payments. 

How do I confirm my reservation?
Through e-mail you will receive a record of all relevant data of your stay (dates, number of nights, names of guests, etc.) and which confirms your reservation becomes effective. Once the booking is confirmed by our representatives, we guarantee your accommodation in the apartment you have selected.

How do I cancel or modify my reservation?

What does Apartamentos Alhambra service include?
Accommodation in 30, 40, 70, 90, 120 or 180 m2 furnished apartments, depending on your needs. All apartments include the following services : water, electricity, gas, 24-hour security, cable TV, wireless internet, garage, safe and maid service.

How does the maid service work?
Cleaning is done two (2) times per week, it includes general cleaning, disinfection of all areas,  and changing of linens and towels. If you want an additional service during your stay, it has an additional cost.

At what time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 12:00
If you need to extend these hours let us know at the time of booking and we will do all the required arrangements (depending on availability).

What happens if my arrival at the apartments is late?
No problem, we have a security service that runs on the night when our offices for Administration and Customer Service are not running, who will arrange to deliver the keys to your apartment. We will send you by email, before your arrival, the data of the person who will give you the keys directly.

Can I smoke in the apartments?
For respect to the other customers, smoking is not allowed in the apartments, the garage or the reception facilities.

Do you accept pets?
No.

Is breakfast included?
No, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a portfolio in each apartment which contains a list of places to order food at home.

How do I get from the airport? Cost and time estimates.
The rate in our private vehicles previously scheduled is $ 50,000 from the Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado to our facilities, but you can take a taxi directly there with prices ranging from $ 25,000 to 35,000 pesos. To ensure greater security we recommend the use of our services. Apartamentos Alhambra is about half an hour from the Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado.

Is there parking available?
Yes, Apartamentos Alhambra have covered parking in all our apartments.

What items are included in the apartment?
Apartamentos Alhambra apartments are fully equipped to make you feel at home.

Is there internet wifi?
Apartamentos Alhambra offers free wifi internet access to all our customers. The password is in the portfolio you will find in every apartment.

How directions work in Bogota?
Apartamentos Alhambra gives you the following tips:
1) Stand facing forward the hills of Bogota, on your left is the North on your right is the South, will face the East and the West behind you,
2) Note further that the urban nomenclature in Bogota is numeric so that increases northward and westward,

Bogotá has an average temperature of 14 ° C, which can range between 9 and 22 º C. Dry and rainy seasons alternate throughout the year. The driest months are December, January, February and March. The wettest April, May, September, October and November. June and July are usually of little rain and August suny with strong winds.
