Frequent Customer Club

What is Frequent Customer Club?

It is an Apartamentos Alhambra´s program, created to offer additional plans and benefits for our frequent customers. This program works through the frequency and preferences while taking our service. Frequent Customer Club allows Apartamentos Alhambra to stay in touch with our customers and their needs. Frequent Customer Club has an indefinite term from 2012.

How to join Frequent Customer Club?

Our customers just have to follow three simple steps: 1) At the Check-In, register with the Apartamentos Alhambra Registration Form; 2) Log in our website (www.apartamentos-alhambra.com); and 3) Join us at our FACEBOOK page. Our customers will be members of Frequent Customer Club, once they follow these steps.

Frequent Customer Club benefits? (Benefits could be modified anytime without notice).

Frequent Customer Club members will have priority on reservations.
Frequent Customer Club members will receive one (1) free night per each twenty (20) nights. (Not combinable with other customers or promotions Not applicable for a stay longer than 30 nights. The free night´s lodging in a format like that used in the 20 night stay. Depends on availability).
Frequent Customer Club members will receive one (1) free transportation service (max. 4 passengers), from our apartments to El Dorado International Airport. per each thirty (30) nights. (Not combinable with other customers or promotions. Transportation is offered only once per stay).
Frequent Customer Club member will have special discount plans: 10% off for stays longer than 3 months (with early payoff) and 15% off for stays longer than 6 months (with early payoff).

Terms & Conditions

Any natural (over 18 years) or legal person could be member of the Frequent Costumer Club

Apartamentos Alhambra reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion at any time or date upon notice posted on the website (www.apartamentos-alhambra.com).

Each member requirement will be verified and authorized by Apartamentos Alhambra Commercial Department.
